Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products to Australia using Registered AUSTRALIA POST or EBAY FLAT RATE SATCHELS. The recipient's signature will be required upon delivery. Tracking advise will be emailed to you by Australia Post for your shipment. We also post to New Zealand, Europe, North & South America and South East Asia using Fedex. Shipping is a flat rate.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and New Zealand. Orders placed after 8pm on a Thursday will be posted on the following Monday.

Europe, North & South America and South East Asia estimated shipping times is between 3 – 10 business days, unfortunately we have no control over your countries customs policy and cannot estimate the time in which they hold your parcel. We can offer you your parcel tracking number to monitor estimated shipping times if there is a delay in delivery.
